My bluetooth is not working and battery problem please solve my problem

If you're having a problem with bluetooth then ill be advising you to powercycle your phone and you can do that by removing the battery on your phone while the phone is on.After that reinsert the battery and turn on the phone again and try turn on your bluetooth again.Kindly check as well if your phone is fully charged because bluetooth will not work that good if the battery on your phone is not fully charged.Kindly check as well if the device your pairing with through bluetooth is compatible with your phone because there are devices that are not compatible with each other.
If the battery is the problem then try doing the rebooting or powercycle process of the phone.If its still not turning on then kindly charge the battery for a maximum of 4 hrs.Please check if the battery is holding a charge.If it still not working after doing that then there might be a problem with the battery.Kindly replace the battery so that you can use your phone.
