The toggle switch is on the front of your laptop next to the headset input jack. You can also try these keys pressed at the same time: fn F2. Not all aspire models have a toggle switch-it is optional on many.

Where can i find wifi switch on my acer aspire 5570 ?

Maybe you don't have your wireless turned on. Look onboth sides and in front for the Wireless Switch and turn it on.

Also once the wireless switch is turned on there are keystrokes that can togglethe wireless on or off. Normally you would Press and Hold the FN functionkey located at the lower left of the keyboard, then hit the correct F1 thru F12key that toggles the wireless. The correct F1 thru F12 key to hit willhave the wireless signal icon )))) on it. Or it might have the icon of a towerwith the wireless signal icon )))). Normally the screen will displayWireless On or Wireless Off when you toggle the wireless.

Try find switch for wireless network

On the front bezel just to the left of the headphone jack is a Wireless switch/indicator. Slide the switch left or right to toggle - the LED should illuminate when wireless is on. The manual is available at http://support.acer.com/acerpanam/notebook/0000/Acer/Aspire3680/Aspire3680nv.shtml

Once a mouse was attached the Acer Aspire 5532 touch-pad no longer works. When the mouse is disconnected the touch-pad still will not work. I do not see a toggle button to use to toggle between the mouse...

HI Diane,

Since you haven't provided the Windows Operating System version (XP/Vista/7 or other?), I'll have to provide the general scope of what you should try.

1. Go to the Control Panel and open up your Mouse section
2. Look through the different tabs until you find an option to either "Enable" your touchpad, or one that says the equivalent of "Disable Touchpad when external mouse or device is connected"

The idea is to accomplish your aim by working with the mouse settings provided for your system. Good luck and go easy on the "blue thumb". Please provide more specific information before a negative response.

Thanks

My wireless capability switch is turned off on my acer aspire 5532 where is the button to turn it on?

wireless capability on my acer laptop is a switch that you toggle on the front of the computer.

I suspect that you just need to slide the switch over and release to turn the light on for WiFi and also to turn the WiFi capability on.

Acer aspire 5532 won't connect to our wireless

Please be sure that, the machine has a integrated wireless receiver. Then you have to make a new wireless connection and not a lan cable connection.

If you need information how to do that, please reply here
