I just purchased your Sennheiser rs110 refurbished wireless headphones. There is no manual and I am very frustrated trying to figure out where to place to batteries. Could you please let me know? Thanks

if the headphones have some problem just take to the shop with the warranty papers

Your TV should have Audio out somewhere, even if its digital audio out, you could output to a receiver and then hook your headphones to the receiver.

assuming the battery is charged, have you tried to switch to a different frequency band, etc.?
check page 28 of the user manual for possible actions when there is no sound in the headphone.

Did you try to remove the batteries and at the same time unplug the power of the base for 30 sec ?
