Hi,

Welcome to Fixya. Make sure that you are using a computer that is connected to the router using ethernet cable. If still fails you can reset the router by pressing the reset button at the back of the router for 5-10 seconds using a pen or paper clip and make sure that the router is on.

Turn ON the camera..
Go to "SET UP" menu..
Select "WORLD TIME" as sub menu
Go inside to this sub menu and you will reach to "Date and Time " adjustment page..

This happened to me and I found that by shutting off the phone and turning it back on will get rid of it...hope that helps :)

you need to replace your modem with a router that is capable of running Network Address Translation. You are trying to route private IP's (192,168.x.x) over the public IP (internet) network.

If it doesn't "just work" when you plug it in, I'd recommend picking up an inexpensive extension cable to reach the back. Here is one that would work:
