You can reduce the flow using a ball valve on the outlet side of your pump. This is good for limiting the flow up to about 20% without adding too much strain on your pump. If you need to reduce it more use a Tee fitting and attach a second ball valve to the return just before the first valve to return water to your sump and prevent over pressurization of the pump. Please excuse the crudeness of the diagram.

How to set up the pump for the waterfall

you will need a pump that has a greater ability to pump water thru two or more nozzles , this pump spec is known as (GPM) this number needs to be greater than all the nozzles gpm , second pump spec goes hand in hand with the first spec and that's LIFT the pumps lift (head pressure) needs to be greater than the height of highest waterfall plus 2 inches , id suggest using two valves after the pipe Tee from pump to restrict flow to the lower of the two outlets (water seeks its own level ) so the lower of the two or more outlets will receive all the flow , and last but not least the PIPE or tube size needs to be of large enough size to handle all the flow needs of your pump ,simple std pipe size flow rate charts are avail on internet easy enough so I wont go into that

What is the normal PSI of the operating system?

As with any hot water or heating appliance, a hot water boiler system requires a constant pressure flow to maintain the optimum temperature. Hot water boiler systems are equipped with a pressure gauge and an automatic pressure reducing valve that will add water to the system if the pressure drops. Despite the pressure reducing valve, owners should be familiar with the standard PSI of their hot water boiler system and should check the pressure reading regularly.

Water just trickles out of the waterfall faucet

Look for the obvious-take off the screen. Then you may have to venture into the faucet itself. If you have galvanized pluming, every time you shut the water off, scale will fall int the center of the piping without pressure and then when you open the faucet it tries to flow through small orifices.

Moen faucet

Most dont need that amount of pressure of flow. There is a reducer in it for restriction to reduce water waste

Spa waterfall isn't flowing

If you turn the valve to operate the waterfall feature on your spa and no water is coming out of it, my best guess would be the valve is broken and not turning to allow the water to go to the waterfall.
Pull the top of the valve off and look inside for a broken part.

Problems priming little giant pw-95 pump

since this is a waterfall pump , id try using a short piece of dish hose and see how it flows water then , if it works there then id say your demand to lift is too great and a larger pump will be needed to lift that high ,

also note on waterfalls id leave out the ck valve on dish pipe , i know it takes longer to reprime itself each time , but that reverse flow action cleans your intake screen each time it shuts off

When the spa and the waterfall running, the waterfall will **** out the water from the spa to the pool. what is wrong with this?

The valve(s) controlling water flow to all the features are not set correctly. You will need to increase the amount going back to the spa to keep it from draining. Depending on the valves in use they are not overly difficult to change the diverter settings. If you need help with that please comment to this post and include the valve brand and model number.
