Eureka there no water coming out

who ever wrote that this is a silly question is wrong. There IS a problem with the machine. You can put the water to the fill line turn the unit on and NO water comes out. Made sure everything snapped into place and still no water comes out. put on rinse and NO water comes out. Machine cost too much too just pitch but will probably have to get something else.

Agreed, not a silly problem. I used mine several times and now it won't spray water so clearly not a user error. So, I don't see any Fixes on this site, just insults.

Identical problem...used twice and now no spray coming out the bottom. Thanks, Eureka. What a waste of money. Never again. Going to go replace it now with a different brand.

Put water in the tank to the fill line. Turn on the unit, and press the spray as you need it. This is a silly question, and should be taken off the board.

I bought a used Eureka Hotshot steamer. It gets warm , but no steam when I push the button. It also had whiteish water come out. Should I just throw it out

based on the price of a new one and no repair parts available, personally I would throw it away and mark it it up as lesson learned.

When I put the clean water bottle on water pours out of the bottom. A little water has always come out but it is now pouring out. I tested my water bottle which seems to be okay. What is the problem?

I have the same problem with mine. I did the chat thing at the Eureka site, but the info wasn't helpful. There is a little part that opens the bottle to release the water when the handle is squeezed. I don't know if that needs replaced or if there is something stuck in the handle grip or ??? I am only putting 1 gallon of water in the tank, so it is not over-full. It is tap water. I live inside a city and have soft water. I don't think it has anything to do with the upper tank, though.

My Eureka Deluxe Enviro Steamer doesn't steam, I had no directions with it so I'm not sure how much water to put in it. It comes out the bottom before it heats up sometimes. It never seems to get hot...

You will need to pour two measures of water using the measuring cup or 12 oz of water. The reason why water comes out of the bottom is because the floor cloth is too wet or you had too much water in the tank

How much water should I put in Eureka model 300 steamer

Use 12 ounces of water.
It's best not to use extremely hard water in the Eureka steamer due to mineral deposits it may leave behind.
If you need cloths for your Eureka 300 or 310/311/313A see my listings on eBay by searching "eureka steamer."
This is a great floor cleaning machine. I have several for use on large areas of linoleum and sealed hardwood in our home.

Eureka atlantis...water won't spray out.

Try taking the upholstery nozzle apart, there are only a couple of screws, and make sure the little tube is attached where it is supposed to be attached. Be careful when you take it apart, and remember how to put it back together. Try running some water in the one end and see if it comes out the other end. I had a problem with the grip switch not working, and ended getting Eureka to send me a whole new unit as it was still under warranty. I honestly tried to fix it myself, but I don't think the design is good enough to be fixed, so replacement is usually the better choice. Again, I say, shame on Eureka for such a bad product. A good appliance service depot should be able to get a new hose for you, but if you have to pay big bucks, I think it is better to try a different brand than Eureka. I'm assuming by your question that the nozzle is the one on the upholstery hose attachment.

No water and brushes not working

Sadly, the advice I got from Eureka was "Time for a new attachment". They can tell where to find a service agent. Call the service agent, and ask if Eureka has solved this problem. Don't waste your time trying to fix it - believe me, it's not worth it unless you are a master with switches, etc.

If Eureka has come up with a new design for that upholstery attachment, the service guy will know because millions are having problems with it (by the looks of it!). I also heard this model was discontinued, but I did not hear that from Eureka when I phoned about my problem.
