You have a convergence problem. Please see a tech about reworking the convergence board or better still, have them install a refurbished board. The refurbished board will usually have a six month warranty! Thanks for asking ,and fear no TV tech, as you are armed to get a straight answer.
if it caves in INTERMITTENTLY and you have a 3d effect you may have problem with convergence. you would need to resolder or replace convergence ics. STK392-570. you would need to have some king od skill soldering and unsoldering parts.let me know if you need more info.
if you take the speaker grill and the wood board behing it,(4-6)screws you will see the board in the center,big metal heatsink.
you would need work from the back in you want to replace them.
