When you unzipped the file there was a destination folder for it, You should see that folder in my documents, if not unzip it again, and designate a destination like in my music or my videos, anywhere that you find it after unzip. Then go to that folder and open it, and the exe stuff will be there. Just double click and it should install what you need.

I just bought a Ricoh Aficio SPC232SF multifunction printer. The CD it came with does not work with Windows 7. I downloaded the documents labeled ''drivers'' from the website, but there were no drivers in...

Well you do not need to return the printer because the files you have downloaded are drivers just they are installing on other way.

If you follow the explanation in the text below it will be very easy.

First as you say i think that you had already unzip the .exe file or if you did not follow the next steps:

1. Create one folder on the desktop named as you want or as the name of the printer for you after easy to find it.

2. double click on the " r41337en.exe " file that you had downloaded from the web site and click browse to find the folder that you had previously created on your desktop when you will locate the folder click unzip and after the message "successfully unzipped files " close the self executing program and see do in the folder are some files if there are some files, continue with the next step.

3. Click on the " Start " menu,
from the desktop in the left down corner,
and then click on "devices and printers"(doubleclick)

4. One window will open and than in the upper left corner you will find "add printer", click that button and it will appear a "add printer wizard" , click twice on the button "next" and select up the port you will use for the printer (do it will be a USB connection or with network cable is up to yours notion)and after you will select the type of connection click "next" again.

5. On the wizard on the right side has a button named "have disc" click on it,
it will appear window named " install from disc " than click the button named "browse" and then browse the folder which you had previously created on the desktop, in which you had unzip the files for the printer installation.

6. When you will locate the folder click on it with double click, then will apper folder named " DISC 1" click and on it with double click and then will appear file named " PCL6.INF " click on the file with double click ,

7. Then will appear a window named,
" install form disc" click on the button "OK" ,
then click on the button "next" three times and then click "Finish "

That is all the printer is now installed and ready for use.

Please answer do this was helpful for i to know do i need to post some more information

If you need something else please ask

Where can i`am download the installer co`z i`am,lost my cd

assuming that u r a professional..along wid the company, there will b a list of such site n driver download links if u search by the model name on a search engine like google..
download them onto a location; if the driver is in a zip format, unzip it,if itz in .exe form, just run it; if done manually it'll ask for the correct driver and location; relocate the path and a .inf file (wat it'll ask for)..
however try this:
but always better to consult system admin/vendor....

Can't install Canon ImageCLASS D780? Please help

I just checked on the Canon USA site here, and selected Wndows XP as the OS. The driver presented shows Windows Vista in the file name (D700_PrtDriverV110_WinVista_EN.exe), but the next screen shows that it is compatible with Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. I would try uninstalling (if it is installed) whatever driver you currently have installed for your D780, then download and install this driver. Leave the unit turned off until the installation program asks you to connect/turn it on.

You can download the drivers from the HP site.
Go to , click on the drivers and download section, put in the information about your printer, and OS.
Download the file (just make note of where you download it to).
Once the download is complete, close the site. Go to the folder you saved the file to, double click to unzip it, here again, make note of where it unzips to.
Go to your Add Printer wizard, and when it asks which printer, click "Have Disk" and point it at the file you unzipped.

Well first off, you're going to have to download the Vista drivers for the 2610 from the HP site.

Once you download them, unzip the file (just doulbe click it to unzip) and make note of where it unzipped to (it will say something like C:\drivers\xxxx

The go to your printer window.
Click the "Add printer" and local install. When it asks about drivers (what kind of printer you have) click "Have Disk" and point it at the folder the download unzipped to.

That's about it.

You don't need the install disk.

In some cases, the download file will be a complete install routine. In that case, once you unzip it, sometimes it will go right into the install, in other instances, you have to look at the folder it unzipped to, and look for a setup.exe file
