Vulcan has backup, if you ever do need a spare part for your Vulcan, it's good to know they are readily available across the country and can be serviced by most plumbers or electricians.

If you live in Melb, you may also try Tradelink (for the spare parts) or Thermal Products (for any electrical temperature controls etc). Both are in Thomastown.

I have a Vulcan CX90 ducted heating system, the fan cannot cut off even I stop the heating, anyone help?

Temperature delay is stuck, bang on the unit and it will stop if stuck. this is the old Vulcan company now.

Usually these numbers on most other untits are stamped on a metal plate which is located
or attached to the gas valve, which would also give the BTU Input/Output. Probably the
Model Number as well

Ruud Achiver series Furnace issue

Sounds like it may be a bad flame sensor. After the ignition, the flame sensor needs to send 24v back to the gas valve to indicate the the ignition took place. If it does not do this, the gas will shut of as a safety precaution. The flame sensor can often be cleaned up with a piece of sandcloth to fix this problem, or it may be replaced.

most time, you don't have to do anything because the default setting for wiring with fan speed already. if not, trace the motor wires from motor with red , white and black from motor fan to PL2 and PL1. the best is look at a diagram from your actual furnace.

Hi. I have an old Vulcan gas space heater. Looks like the Vulcan 49 series. The pilot light went off, and I can not get it to light.
