All question need FULL 'make model (what it is)'. Black and Decker make electric screwdrivers, electric drills, vacuum cleaners, coffee makers, breadmakers, toasters, irons, toaster ovens and garden equipment like leaf vacuums and trimmers plus electric mowers. You give no clue to which you have, so it is a question that can't be answered. It _may_ be in this link?

you need to sand that stain down with sandpaper and then re-paint the area with a high temperature paint......hardware stores should sell it....it's trade name is called...."mr. touch up"......it is speciffically made for microwave ovens but is also very good for your oven.....the paint must be high temperature type since your oven is high temperature.....good luck

your cord could be loose or it may need to be replaced this unit comes as one assemble you will have to replace the whole retractable cord assemble

The only way is to replace the cord winder assembly.

You will probably have to replace the whole reel cord. Depending on your model, on each side, there is a bar in the middle that will slide off, then the 2 halfs will come apart. They will only slide in one direction. If an older model, there are screw on the top to remove the top panel, then remove the 2 screws on the bottom and the reel cord (which is the back end of the vac)will come off. Pay attention to where the wires go so you don't hook them up wrong.
