Norstar M7324 programming password

Is there a way to reset the programming password? After a storm I tried to get into the programming to fix the time. The phone accepted the **266344, but would not allow me to enter the password.

The problem is that the phone is not accepting the password. I thought there might be a code that can be entered that will reset the login the same way there is when logging into the 10020000 login.

Thanks for your help. It looks like the answer to this problem is call a technician. I do not want to chance blowing out something I cannot reset myself.

I know there is a code for resetting the voicemail to default but I have not heard of one for the phone system except to do a restart which blows out everything and you start from scratch. Let me know ....Mike

I'm trying to change the display names for each extension but when i try the **266344 a user id option pops up....not for a password. What do i do?

Try pressing the FEATURE button then, **266344. On some Norstar phone systems there is also an Admin level of programming that is useful if you only need to change the names or the time. To access Admin programming, press Feature**23646(spells admin on the dial pad). Then 23646 for password.

Unable to change the time on the phone

If feature ** 266344 with a password of 266344 didnt work you can also try feature ** 266344 with the password of 23646 or the password of 727587.
Also, on some versions you can try feature **8463(time) with the password of 23646.
