Hi, Cannot re tune my 22inch digitrex lcd tv , lost channel 3, 4 , 5 & itv 2 ch4 extra channels. How do I re tune the tv? tried the remote control buttons but couldn't find how to re tune it again

It sounds silly , but press the input button on your remote controll untill TV is hilighted . press 3 on the remote , then go back into the menu and see if the auto tune option can be selected.

mine has done exactly the same and Samsung will not accept responsibility. Anyone know how to fix this??

Weak digital signal. Either antenna or tuner.

First check with some of your neighbours to find out if they have the same problem if you are using a communial aerial, if thiers are ok, try re-tuning the TV from "Auto tune" in the set-up menu, this will retune the entire TV & should pick up the missing channels.

maybe their is not enough transmission....

All Freeview channels need re-tuned after 30th September.
To re-tune your Sony TV...

1.Press Menu button then go to settings...

2.Scroll down the menu icons until you get to 'Digital Set-up'

3.Press enter/centre key next to direction arrows

4. Select spanner icon and digital audio tuning.

5. You will then be asked if you want to start digital audio tuning.

6. Press enter/centre button....and thats it!.... TV will automatically re-tune.

try tuning tv in another room, if it works it is then your cable or socket, try the cable next. If it wont tune its a faulty set.

I think you need to get Sky because it will give you 100% coverage of all terrestrial channels. You may need to retune the television otherwise just get sky
