" 49.FF04 Error Turn off

Please delete all print jobs in the print queue and turn the print off wait a few minutes and then turn back on. This is a printer firmware issue.

49.FF04 - in older 4xxx printer it mneans a firmware error - try to do:
1. cold reset
2. updaete firmware
3. remove network card from printer and instert it back - or try to turn printer on without it.
4. reinstall the formatter - phisical connection may be not good ( formater is a "cage" that the networc card is inserted)

your printer driver is corrupt or the files your printing are corrupt- most 49.xxyy errors are down to software external to the printer. not sure?.
disconnect the printer from all network points and cycle the power - when it is ready perform a path print test ( found under the diagnostics menu on the printer itself ) and you will likely find no errors ( if by some horror of horrors you do get 49.xxyy error then you will need to replace the firmware chip - Very Very unlikely) -
what to do--
remove the printer and uninstall from the workstation - reboot the PC - re install the latest driver for your operating system downloaded from HP website
re connect the printer - print away !!

Firm ware error issue.If printer comin to ready mode try to up load form ware, no ready mode replace formatter

i changed the network port,then, i ping the IP Address it pass.

you could try removing the pump and clearing

Does the error display when printing a particular job, or anything that you print? If you have extra memory installed, remove it. Power up and try again. If it won't clear replace the formatter

The 49 series errors are firmware errors, you may need a new formatter pcb.
