Question about Computers & Internet
Hi my name is Brendon. My boss purchased a BELKIN WIFI PHONE PART NO. - F1PP000GN-SK. in China last year. He brought the phone to Cape Town, South Africa where he stays. After having it setup it was working fine for a few months. About a month ago the phone did not want to work for some reason. When try to connect to our wireless connection at work it gave an error message: CANNOT CONNECT TO INTERNET. It picks up the wireless but it gave the aforementioned error. I played around with the phones settings but it kept giving the same error. I then thought of upgrading the software on the phone. I did some searching on belkin`s website and went to their support section. I found a software upgrade for the phone there as per link below: http://www.belkin.com/support/article/?lid=en&pid=F1PP000GN-SK&aid=5990&scid=0.
I installed the software as per their instructions but it just made things worse. After upgrading software i started up the phone but it on went as far as the belkin opening screen. I tried everything i could think of to sort this out but with no resolve. It just goes as far as the opening screen and freezes there.

I have exactly the same problem. Bought it in Belgium and are using it at home. Worked well but the last 8 months always the same message: cannot connect to the internet.
I have tried to find an solution on the Belkin Skype knowledge base but did not found anything. Just gave it up and I am not using the phone anymore.
Maybe someone has a solution?
