Question about Panasonic PV-C1352W 13 in. TV/VCR Combo
The TV has a blue back ground that fills much of the lower half of the screen, the first thing is says is PANASONIC the it slowly continues to discribe fetures of the TV, almost like some kind of DEMO screen you might find on the show room floor? My nephew was playing with the remote and this is what he left me with.... I've tried everything I can but can't get rid of it.
I had the same problem, and i found the solution!
If your using Comcast universal especially, try this code: 0250
it works perfectly, u wont be able to turn off and on TV, but u will have volume and Line to cable control just fine
Hope this helped you!

I found a newer Comcast PDF file that shows a 5 digit number for tv with vcr ( no mention of DVD) but the code worked to turn on the tv and cable box together. My problem is it won't work the volume, yet

SOURCE: the screen keeps flashing a
Press and hold the Play / Repeat button on the TV. It will beep and give you some message about inserting a cassette. Just hold the button for a few seconds. Should do the trick. Worked for me.

Tips for a great answer:
These symptom seems to be caused by a
defective D or SC board but in reality, they are
caused by a defective SD board.
To confirm this, disconnect the SD board from
the SC board (Follow proper SU/SD board
If the SD is defective, the screen will have a good picture at the top half of the screen and a completely black area in the lower half of the screen.
