Hi,
Most Stihl saw have the adjustment screw on the bottom of the saw. The ones I've seen have an E mark which the factory setting. Turn the screw clockwise to increase the oil and counterclockwise to decrease it.
Hope this helps. If it does, I'd appreciate a 4 thumbs up. Thanks,
Handie Andie
If you need to adjust this there is a bigger issue, they either oil properly or they dont, probably some cloggage in the oil system, cloggage where the bar recieves and distributes oil, pinched hose, failed mechanicals, etc.
The 028 has an automatic oil system,it depends on throttle speed,,if you want to change this you must go to the manufacture for a different pump...First check and recheck that the oil tank and tubes are clear...
Find the adjustment screws marked H and L. Turn the one marked with an H an 1/8th of a turn CCW till it revs up properly
