I'm starting a sport and I cant figur out if i should take vitamins to keep me heathy?

I think it's great that you are starting a sport. I ran track and cross-country for several years. I did it without the aid of vitamins, but I wasn't exactly a world-class athlete either. I only send this advice to you, because this is largely a technically-oriented website of volunteers, and we are not (to my knowledge) qualified medical doctors: only a qualified medical doctor or physician can really give you sound advice as to whether you should take vitamins or not. Some people can have unforeseen reactions to anything, even vitamins, so it is best to consult with a doctor. Your coach can possibly lead you in the right direction.
