I'm starting a sport and I cant figur out if i should take vitamins to keep me heathy?

I think it's great that you are starting a sport. I ran track and cross-country for several years. I did it without the aid of vitamins, but I wasn't exactly a world-class athlete either. I only send this advice to you, because this is largely a technically-oriented website of volunteers, and we are not (to my knowledge) qualified medical doctors: only a qualified medical doctor or physician can really give you sound advice as to whether you should take vitamins or not. Some people can have unforeseen reactions to anything, even vitamins, so it is best to consult with a doctor. Your coach can possibly lead you in the right direction. I only say this so that you don't receive bad advice from an unqualified poster or marketer. Good luck with the search.

I have an older Waring blender, model WF1112218. My problem is I took it apart to clean it and now can't figure out how it goes back together. Is it rubber gasket then rotor or the other way around?

Hello, Carla -

For all electric blenders the rubber gasket is placed between the glass or plastic blender container and the rotor with the blades.

The assembly is easy to recall when one realizes the rubber gasket is the seal for keeping liquids leaking out of the blender.

See the image here (it's for a Black and Decker, but the assembly is the same):
http://stainless-steel.us/12-pictures-of-baby-bullet-blender-instructions/black-and-decker-blender-assembly-instructions/

The image here shows the assembly for a Waring blender (different model than yours):

Best wishes.

Replaced Capacitor and resistors motor running fine but cant keep the belt on keeps running off should rotation be clock or anti clock

Generally speaking, belt tracking issues are usually due to one or more of the shafts that support the pulleys not being perpendicular to each other - this applies to everything from treadmills to fan belts. Check and correct if possible: that the motor is securely mounted in the housing and that it is not installed crooked; and that the shafts aren't loose or have sloppy side to side movement. Belts should be tight - but not overly so.

Can't unscrew drive socket on vitamin super 5000 yo replace it

The hex wrench only fits in one position, there is a groove in the lip in the top housing and you need to turn the coupling until the hex screw head lines up. The groove is normally plugged with a dob of white silicone. The hex screw is not tightened fully tight on reassembly, the coupling needs a bit of slop.

Vitamin 3600 canister leak

I think it's the little washer in the blade assmbly since mine was worn to a sliver when it started doing what yours did. I replaced it with a similar washer and it worked for a week and then started spitting out metallic dust until it stopped working again. Could be the bearing seized. I would say yes a new blade assembly but I hadn't found one- since I have a 3600 which is very old-when my husband bought a used replacement container with a working blade assembly on ebay. $37 bucks, problem solved.

I have a kenmore refrigerator Model 363.9771612. It has an ice cube maker but that is not hooked up. I keep finding water on the floor of the refrigerator and I cannot figure where the water is coming...

on some models there is a condensation pan...is it still in place?

look up the manual & see if it shows a collection tray?"

usually a hose just above the tray to direct condensate into the pan?

Waring blender - new blade

You can call Waring and they can send you a parts breakdown showing the order the parts need to be in. If you still have problems they can go over the assembly with you on the phone or direct you to a service center near you to help.

Waring blender - new blade

I just figured it out. The key is you need to think in terms of keeping the blades and the large washers separate. Here's what you do.
Thread the blade through the glass and use the white rubber gaskets against the glass and the stainless gaskets against the hardware. Then tighten the whole enchilada to the blender with the main nut (that goes on the bottom outside of the blender). Then once that's nice and tight tighten the flange that catches the blender teeth to the remaining portion of the protruding threads. Make sure you use the copper colored gasket first then the stainless washer then the stainless flange. Tighten that real good and you should be good to go.
To check if you've done it right spin the flange. If the blades spin independent of everything else you're good to blend away!
