So, are you wishing to find and purchase a replacement "pressure thingie" for your tablet? The "pressure thingie", the electronic "pen" for your tablet, is called a stylus.

I had the same problem. I have been using Win7. The solution is very simple: Uninstall your genius driver, restart your computer. Plug in the tablet, now the Windows should detect your tablet, wait a minute while the new drivers is installed. And from now it should work. Sorry for my English.
If you have Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate you can install XP mode and Windows Virtual PC on top of Windows 7 and run XP mode.Install the drivers on XP mode and you should be able to use your tablet. Virtual PC and XP mode are available free of charge on the Microsoft web site. The site requires authentification to verify that your copy of Windows is genuine.

When I installed the software, it never got to the "Software successfully installed" screen, but kept going through the installlation phase. As I looked in the manual, I saw that the last message one should get is "Restart your computer." I do not have CS3, butin the programs I have used I have not had any trouble with the pen. HTH
The problem with the genius driver is that it ***** up directinput. Try running dxdiag and you'll see that it hangs on directinput device enumeration. The only possible solution that I found is uninstalling both the driver and the macro key manager. Everything goes back to normal after that (at least the games don't hang anymore). The above is true for vista, things can be totally different on xp.
