Received e-mail has stuck during download

Quickest and best solution is to your your ISP's webmail to delete the email causing the problem. (or move it somewhere else so it won't be downloaded).

You haven't given any detail about who your provider is, so i'll just give you an example.

If you were an Optus cable internet customer in Australia, you could go to http://webmail.optusnet.com.au and log in there. You'll need to find your ISP's webmail URL on their website (or call them), then you can read and delete the email that's causing your hangups... the rest of them will come down after that.
