I have a super multi dvd rewriter model ge20 i cant find the disc that came with it....i been told that i can get this free off line but i have looked and cant find it

search for the drivers online, all you have to do is google the product and type in drivers after wards, you then download them for free and voila it should work

Are you using the same blank cd / dvds are before for burning?

You might want to check LG's support page to make sure you're using the latest drive firmware version.

Here's a link to their page.

There are two GE20 models so make sure you choose the one you own.

I have just bought a lg GE20 External Super Multi DVD Rewriter. The drive is recognised but when I insert the install disk this is not recognised at all. Neither are any other DVD-Roms I insert.
Please install NERO cd/ dvd writer software. With out these u r dvd writer can t read any dvd on read CD. Hope you understand.
