That is the model number for the phone handset. You need the manual for the base unit if it it has a voicemail facility. However, it is mention on Page 35 how to set anything between 2 and 7 rings.
Number of rings before the unit answers a call You can change the number of times the phone rings "Ring count" before the unit answers calls. You can select 2 to 7 rings, or "Toll saver". The default setting is "4 rings". "Toll saver": The unit's answering system answers at the end of the 2nd ring when new messages have been recorded, or at the end of the 5th ring when there are no new messages. If you call your phone from outside to listen to new messages (page 34), you know that there are no new messages when the phone rings for the 3rd time. You can then hang up without being charged for the call
This is tech side of programming and not Admin, if you don't know config password or how to program then call a tech. If you do know then: First find out what line #, do F*0 then press the button and note the full number on the display. i.e. Line 5 in programming is Line 005, 025 or 031 depending on software version.

Calls log auotmatically to phones that ring. If more than one phone rings the call will log on the phone that answers. If no phone answers, the phone connected to the lowest port number will log the call. The lowest port number is usually the lowest extension number, but not always depending on how the phone system installer numbered and connected the extensions. Also if a call is transferred to a phone it will log. The logged calls can be seen by navigating the LCD screen.
When 2-nd call is ringing (you can hear ringing in the hand set while talking) word "Recall" appears in display. Press the button below the word "Recall" (top left side, dark grey button) and then press number "2". You will get connected with second caller while the first is put on hold. When finished with second caller, press again word "Recall" and then number "1" and you get connected back to first caller.
Careful about calling back. There was a scam a year or so ago where if you called back a number that was left on your phone your phonebill was charged back and you sent some one some free money. Dont know how it worked but if you dont know the number dont ring back
I don't know your country code or vmail quickdial number but try this using those numbers where I say.
Oh firstly if your fone is a prepaid you may need to ring your provider and ask them to extend the ring time.if not this might work
Pls let me know if it does.
** (country code) * (vmail number)**30# and press call this should extend the ring tone to 30 secs.
remember country code & vmail number have to be actual numbers dont try to type in the words and brackets
