I have an Ecclissi watch. Number 23644-11. Leather braided band with a linked clasp. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to undo the clasp so I can get the watch on. It is too small to fit over my hand. Can you help? TIA

Joe, I figured it out as soon as I asked : ) There was a little lip on one of the links, and I just had to pry hard to get it open.

Often times these watches come with magnetic clasps and a little safety chain. Just try pulling the magnets apart firmly.

Good luck.

Yeah, normally I just email out the answers like everyone else...

But occasionally I send them directly by ESP.

Glad I could help out, hehe.

The clasp broke from my Fossil watch. Can the

mcdevito75 here, Without seeing the watch it"s hard to tell, but I would figure the clasp could be repaired, but the cost may equal a new band and clasp. Look for a small watch repair shop in your area and compare repair cost of the clasp with that of a new band.

How do you replace or clean the white leather part of the watch band? The leather has gotten dirty and I have tried tennis shoe cleaner and Mr. Clean sponge wipes.

mcdevito75 here, I don"t think there"s too much more you can try as I have had the same problem, Best Bet, replace the strap.

Clasp on watch band is big problem. Will not stay

I will not pay for advice. Skagen should be there for their customers as all big companies are. I understood the advice would be free.

Mens Versace leather strap. How do I adjust the band ? The watch has a cream face, square in shape, chronograph with a brown elather strap. Clip requires adjusting and cant work out how to adjust..

Well i am going to roll the dice and assume you have one of the ez clasps but if I am wrong you can send the model number and we will figure it out.

To adjust the ez clasp pull up on the front of the clasp loop while pushing down on the band. Rather than the traditional buckle and prong set up, the prong here is underneath the clasp loop.

Hope this helps. Thanks!
