Moto q
I believe the Moto Q can support this so the basic flash you received only hacks the SPC, changes it to null value and writes the PRL (preferred roaming list) for Cricket and it's partner carrier's towers. Then, assuming it has not been reported lost or stolen, they will add your ESN (electronic serial number) or IMEI (international mobile equipment ID) so you can make and recieve calls. This does not enable picture messaging or internet. This is a separate procedure using computer software and there are several things which need to be changed in the firmware like your MID (mobile identification number) web addresses, protocols, and passwords for Cricket mobile service. You will need to take it to the person who flashed your Verizon and ask for the full flash so you can get the internet. I hope this helps. If you already paid for the full flash ask them to redo it and test it before you leave the store.
