WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A SOUND MODULE PART #MVUS325 AND SBX1768-01 FOR MY STANDARD 27' TOSHIBA TV. THERE IS NO SOUND AFTER THE TV RUNS FOR 5 MINUTES. PLEASE ADVISE WHERE WHICH STORE HAS THIS PART. THANK YOU.

I found it at:

Encompass & HBF Electronics . This part is quickly falling off the radar and many places list it as NLA (no longer available), meaning they are no longer being produced. When they're gone - they're gone. Buy one if you want it while you can.

I'm not getting any sound out of my Toshiba 27AF45 tv. Any solutions, brought the tv back in 05 or is it time to scrap it?
Could be many things, have you tried headphones and have you checked the input - is it running from the antenna or from a cable box? It is unusual for audio to fail in hardware, you haven't muted it with the remote?
Finally go into the menu and reset it.

Setting up 2nd television for dish network receiver
You have to check the modulator setting (menu 6 1 5 ) if tv 2 is set for air then tv needs to be on 60 cable it is 73. check tv2 if it goes to 73 and the modulator is set for 60 change modulator to cable 73 and tv should work fine

It's not the TV. Its the remote. Remote controls don't last for ever. Try a universal remote. Try Radio Shack it should do the job. Do you have a cable converter then ask your cable comapny to give you a new remote.

I have run the cables to the stero. how do i get the sound output to speakers? is there a switch?
You can ONLY get sound OUT of a TV if it has a Video/Audio "Monitor" port. OR sometimes you can use the "Head/EarPhone port. As a matter of course NO sound is available OUT from a TV. Unless specially adapted.

Check Vertical IC capacitors may be drying up. Or check its voltage supply.

I have a Toshiba model 27A30 that seems to be on its way out. Lately, I'm getting two major problems with it: (1) Horizontal black lines that distort the picture. (2) Only a portion of the screen will show when I turn it on. Sometimes it's the upper third or half; sometimes it's the middle third, but never the whole screen. Can this be repaired? If so, what part needs replacing? On average, what will the part(s) cost? Thanks for your help.
