My craig tablet keeps coming up with messages that the android and google shut down unexpected and it says force close but when you tell it to the messages just keep popping up and wont let you do anything now mind you this is my second tablet the first one did the same thing and i exchanged it

Phone is getting an error message: "Unfortunately Launcher Has Stopped."
Unfortunately Launcher Has Stopped:

1. Swipe your finger from top to bottom on the screen to view the notification panel
2. Touch the Settings or
3. Touch Apps
4. Touch Menu or
5. Touch Reset App Preferences
6. Touch Reset Apps
7. Swipe from right to left 2-3 times to show the ALL list.
   (For device running on Android 6.0.X touch Menu then Show system)
8. Touch Launcher
   (For device running on Android 6.0.X touch Stock Android then Storage)
9. Touch Clear Data
10. Touch OK
11. Power Cycle Phone
12. Test phone

how do i do a hard reset on a craig cmp741d 7-in touchscreen 4.0 android tablet

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Applications
3. Go to Manage applications
4. Go to all tabs
5. Gp to "Market" applications
6. "Clear Cache" then "force stop" - DO NOT CLEAR DATA
7. Now go to "google service framework" applications
8. "Clear data" then "force stop"
9/ Reboot your machine/

This should solve your problem

Take it back to the store if you can, or send it back to the manufacturer. It's broke.

It is safe to select force close, however any unsaved work will be lost. Restart the application afterward.

FIRST go to system .manage application.then select all then go to contact storage clear data and after that power off your phone and restart it....
