Euro-vox max when i turn the box over it comes up update code where do i get the codes from

i have a euro-vox max v, the other day i lost some channels and now those channels instruct me to insert smart card.
my box usually updates on its own but dosnt seem to be now, can you help me with this problem please.

Unfortuntely the code above does not work as it was changed again. Anyone got a new code for NTL in Luton?

There is a new encryption code which has rendered the boxes from working.
