Printer will not allow paper to flow freely; it jams on the left side and prints crooked.
I doesn't matter how much paper I place in the printer, the paper always loads crooked and does not print. Cartridges keep moving as if there was paper being printed on, but paper jams immediately upon print request.
Paper at the start of the print cycle gets grabbed by the rollers then the left hand side (as you are looking at the paper) gets hung up and jams the printer

I am having the saem issue. Something inside sounds like its grinding.... but I can't see what it is. Roller grabs the paper on the left side and loads it crooked and semi-folded into the printer... and of course nothing prints because the paper is jammed

Try using regular paper on unit as specified by Samsung. If that does not resolve the issue then the hassle lies with the paper feed mechanism. Often a good cleaning of all the rollers in the path can take care of the issue.
Open the print carriage access door. Check for any packing material that may be blocking the internal components. Check for an orange shipping lock that may still be in place on the left side. Pull the shipping lock out, if present, and discard.
Remove and reinstall the cartridges to make sure they are properly installed. Lift the front center of the print carriage access door to open it. Lift the door up until it locks into an open position. Press down on a print cartridge and allow it to spring back up. Lift the cartridge out of the printer. Do the same for the other cartridge. Slide the black cartridge into the slot on the left and the color cartridge into the slot on the right. Press down on each one to lock it into place. Lower the print carriage access door.
Check the print cartridges to make sure the protective tape has been removed from the ink nozzles. Remove the cartridges from the printer. Remove any tape or labels. Replace the cartridges into the printer.
Push in on the tab on the left side of the clean-out door on the back of the printer to open the door. Lift the door out of the printer. Check for any paper jams. Jammed paper can block the printer cartridge carriage from moving. Pull any jammed paper out.

Hi, please check if there is a paper jam or any obstruction inside that printer. Check also the platen lever or the left edge guide, make sure that paper is loaded correctly. Try printing again. If issue still present. Your printer needs to be send to service center.
