BE SURE NOT TO DELETE YOUR FIRWARE, ONLY THE SONGS,FILES,ETC.
Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio
Books, Apps,etc. from MP3 Player/Ipod

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
BE CAREFUL and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

Loading issues please help xx

Hello chloe you ned to free some of the memory by closing all resent used apps and IF the tablet is unresponsive you may be requierd to perform a hard reset your tablet

Resetting your device to Factory Defaults If you need to reset your device to the factory default settings for any reason please follow the process below:
WARNING!!!
Please be aware any information currently on the device will be permanently erased by following this procedure.

  1. Go to applications screen and touch the settings button.
  2. Touch the Backup & reset option.
  3. Select Factory data reset.
  4. Leave the erase SD card option unticked & touch "Reset tablet".
  5. Touch "erase everything".
  6. The unit will now reset itself back to factory reset and any previous information/data will have been permanently erased.

How reset

to perform a master reset on nuvi 200 and 205 series devices:
note: a master reset will erase all favorites1 and will restore your device to the default factory settings. if you would like to back up your favorites to your computer, you can find instructions to do so here.
  1. start with the device off and unplugged from power
  2. touch and hold the lower right corner of the screen with an index finger or the eraser end of a pencil
  3. continue touching and holding the lower right hand corner of the screen then power the device on
  4. release the power button when the device powers on
    • you will see a new message: "do you really want to erase all user data?"
  5. remove your finger from the touch screen when this message displays
  6. touch yes
    • if text language is not in english, this is the button on the right
the device will now reset. follow the on-screen prompts and then place your device in an area with a clear view of the sky until it acquires satellites.
1although the master reset will erase all saved favorites, any loaded custom points of interest will remain intact on the device.

While the device is still plugged into your computer, empty your trash. That should delete the music off the device as well.

Download and install the latest BlackBerry Device Software.

1. Download the latest version of BlackBerry Device Software from your wireless service providerxxx8217;s website.
2. Connect the BlackBerry device to your computer.
3. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager and double-clickApplication Loader. The Application Loader Wizard opens. Click Next.
4. If prompted, enter your device password and clickNext. The Application Selection window appears.
5. Select the applications to be loaded on to the device, then click Next.
6. The Completing the Application Loader Wizard screen appears.Do not click Finish. Click Advanced to begin loading the applications.
7. In the Data Preservation window, select the Erase all application data and Erase all currently installed applications check box and clickNext.
8. In the Application Data Backup window, choose the option to automatically back up the application data before loading and to restore the contents when the load is complete.
9. Click Finish to begin the Application Loader Process. The data on the device is erased and reloaded.
10. Click Close when the loading operation is complete.

My blackberry had error code 200 and now it only has small menu and everything gone blank,how do i reset the software on it.

re-install the BlackBerry device Software and applications to the BlackBerry smartphone, try this steps: first, connect the blackberry phone to the computer and open Blackberry desktop manager double click Application loader, you may need to unplug and re-attach the USB cable to the phone for it to e recognized by application loader then click next, choose the port that the blackberry phone is connected and click next if prompted, type the blackberry smartphone password and click next. The device application selection screen appears. Select the applications to be loaded onto your Blackberry phone. If the device backup screen appears, choose whether or not to automatically back up the Blackberry Smartphone, click next. wizard screen appears displaying all the software will be loaded to your phone click the advanced button and make sure that erase all application data and erase all currently installed applications are both selected. Pls. take note that if the application loader was not able to access all of the Blackberry smartphone data, then both erase all application data and erase all currently installed applications will be grayed out. Click next, Click Finish. The device software will be loaded on your phone. Do not disconnect until the process has completed.

App error 200

Hi there,

Well first of all you can try the following -
The "APP Error 200 Reset" indicates that your device firmware needs to be erased and reloaded. To perform these tasks please follow these steps:

1. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer.
2. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
3. Double-click Application Loader. The Application Loader Wizard appears. You may need to unplug and re-attach the USB cable to the BlackBerry smartphone at this point for it to be recognized by Application Loader.
4. Click Next.
5. Choose the port that the BlackBerry smartphone is connected to and click Next.
6. If prompted, type the BlackBerry smartphone password and click Next.
7. The Device Application Selection screen appears. Select the applications to be loaded onto your BlackBerry smartphone.
8. If the Device Backup screen appears, choose whether or not to automatically back up the BlackBerry smartphone. Click Next.
9. Click Next. The Completing the Application Wizard screen appears, displaying all the software that will be loaded to your BlackBerry smartphone.
10. Click the Advanced button and make sure that Erase all application data and Erase all currently installed applications are both selected. It does not load maps

Your probably loading the maps OK, but the numbers your supplying the program and you 3600 are not compatable.

1. Make sure you have software that came WITH your unit..... It will not work with anothers discs.

2. Do a total ERASE of the disk and your 3600 both. Use your computer do erase the chip disk, and read your book how to do a total ERASE of your unit.

It is critical that you use the correct software.

Try this first, if it does not solve problem, get back to us.

My blackberry pearl flip has error 102 on it. I tried to erase and reload the apps but it won't register the device so the only options that appear are games and facebook. Also, it won't let me choose to...

There is an issue with one or more of the .cod files installed on the BlackBerry smartphone.

To resolve this issue, perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry® Device Software on the BlackBerry smartphone using the application loader tool.
Before proceeding, make sure that the latest version of BlackBerry Device Software is installed on the desktop computer by completing the following steps:
To perform a clean installation of the BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.5 to 5.0, perform the following steps:
  1. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
  2. Click Help.
  3. Select About Desktop Manager.
  4. Click the Device Software tab.
  5. Verify that the BlackBerry Device Software displayed is the latest version currently available from the wireless service provider.
Warning: The following procedure will delete either all data, or all data and applications on the BlackBerry smartphone. Back up the BlackBerry smartphone data before proceeding.
  1. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer and open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
  2. Double-click Application Loader.
  3. Click Next to start the installation process.
  4. Type your BlackBerry smartphone password, if prompted, and click OK.
  5. Select the check boxes next to the names of the applications to be loaded, and then click Next.
  6. Click Settings, and then select the check boxes beside Delete all application data and Erase all currently installed applications.
  7. Clear the check box next to Backup up device data automatically during the installation process.

  9. When the process has completed, the message The loading operation was successful will appear. Click Close to return to BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

My blackberry curve is really slow to load

You cand try to wipe it.
  1. In the device Options, click Security.
    If you are using BlackBerry Device Software 4.1, click Security Options > General Security.
  2. Click the trackwheel and select Wipe Handheld.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Type “blackberry”. All the data on the BlackBerry device is erased.
Carefull, this will erase all data.
