I need to install my x1270 to my laptop window7 lexmarkx1270 to my labtop window 7 i have no cd

For installing any operating system xp or windows 7,you need cd of windows xp or 7
First go to bios by restarting your computer and press F12 and then under advanced boot priority change the first boot option to cd
and then press F10 to save changes and restart
It will ask you to boot from cd,press enter and installation will start

You can download the printer software for your model from Lexmark support: (select the correct file for your operating system)

open the cover of your printer and place your item facedown the glass, close it and open All-in-one center on your computer and hit copy

or you can refer to your user guide that comes with the cd installer.

If you are your using windows vista you need to use windows photo gallery to scan , as the drivers of lexmark do not scan drivers in them for vista ..
