Generally you dont need to disable the onboard VGA to AGP, all you need to do is to ensure that you plug the monitor lead into the AGP VGA card.
However if you wish to disable the onbaord VGA then please do the following
1) Ensure that the monitor lead is plugged into the onboard VGA card/port 2) Siwitch on PC then press F12, esc or del key to enter detup (When switching on there will be a message that says press X to enter setup) 3) This will present you with a blue BIOS screen, if yuo go through the menu there will be a option that says 'onboard/integrated peripherals' 4) choose that option and there will be a further option 'onboard VGA' this will be set to enabled. Set this to disabled and then save and exit 5) Note at this point you will have to move the VGA cable from the monitor from the back of the VGA prot to the AGP VGA card
In your BIOS on the main screen choose INTEGRATED PERIPHERIALS (get a copy of your manual here if you don't have one), then go to INIT DISPLAY FIRST, and choose AGP. It's not clear from the manual if AGP is an available option, choose PCI slot if it is not. ECS is notoriously sloppy with their BIOS programming.
While you are in the BIOS, under ADVANCED CHIPSET FEATURES choose AGP &P2P BRIDGE CONTROL then make sure your AGP DATA RATE is set to auto.
