Im not entirely sure but it would be best to phone them up and have them take it away and fix it and bring it back in 10 days, if you cant wait or have no warranty, take it apart while referring to guides on youtube etc.

I can see how your son might have felt missing his fav games for the day, apparently the only possible solution would be to open the XBOX and removing the disc manually. Make sure that the warranty sticker is not torn or scratched while you do this process. And if you are not confident then I would recommend you to fedex it to Germany
Hope this helps
I can bet you that your xbox 360 is vertical? am I right? If no then my disk holder gets jammed a lot, so i would get 2 small flat head screwdrivers and pry it open. So put your xbox 360 horizontal. This would also fix the problem. If your son still has the language screwed up u have to learn some spanish or watever it is to figure out how to put it back. It would be on profile settings.
Most likely the Xbox was moved while the disc was spinning. The disc drive does not "lock" a disc in place, so any movement will cause the disc to move out of alignment and scratch the disc. Sadly, Microsoft will not fix the faulty drives.
if you have your xbox standing up then you want to lay it down, i had this problem if you move your xbox when there is a disk in it, it will make a sound and scratch the disk. the best thing to do is to lay it down on a surface such as a table not the floor, if it still scratches your disks go into the place you got the game from and say your xbox scratched t and wont work anymore, they should give you a new game. if you tried this and it still does it then the best thing to do is to ring up microsoft for repair.
i cant see any real serious damage being caused by inserting 2 discs, however we are talking about the xbox 360 here and the disc drives have had many problems amungst all xbox versions.
Regardless of your warrenty the xbox repair center should fix your xbox free of charge for you providing you dont tell them that your son may of caused the problem. because whether he did or not, they will assume he did.
It could just be a coincidence this happened when the 2 discs were inserted or it could of actually caused the problem.
if you really want to try and fix this yourself, check the dvd drive and make sure that the spindles center and the top disc latching part are correctly alligned.
the top part should be loose and will move freely, the main lower spindle near the laser should not spin so freely and if you spin it you shoul dbe able to feel if it is firmly attached to the motor or not.
If you move the console while the disk inside is running it will scratch the disk(it just happened to me) I used automotive cleaner wax and polished it from inside to out and then outside to in(not in circles) and it started working again, try it:)
