I too was facing the same problem as mentioned by you and couldn't connect through telnet localhost 1433.
Solution : Just go to SQL server configuration manager----SQL Server Network configuration----Protocols for SQLEXPRESS and in that right click on TCP/IP and in properties field make all TCP/IP port to 1433 which is blank. Start and Restart the SQL server and you can telnet localhost 1433 and it works. Hope this will help.

If you have access to the SQL Server configuration, verify the port.

Java not loading it is saying not found

You need to have downloaded the latest Java Development Kit:

Then once its installed open the command line (type cmd into the search bar and hit enter). Type java and hit enter into the command line and it should come up with commands to do regarding Java. If so then it has found it.

Uninstall and reinstall if you have already done this as sometimes the 'CLASSPATH' becomes faulty. If it still didn't work right-click My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced System Settings -> Environment Variables and look for a variable called 'CLASSPATH'. If it isn't there you need to add a new one and point it to where you installed Java.

I m tryin to connect to the internet using the wi-fi. the scanning process always fail. though the source of wi-fi is available.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting to your WiFi.
When the scanning process fails do you get any error messages?
Do you own the wireless router or have physical access to it?
Are you able to input the wireless settings manually?
Is this a computer you're trying to associate with the WiFi or a tablet or a cell phone?

Try reinstalling your wireless adapter drivers. Download the up-to-date drivers from your manufacturers website and install those.

Try another monitor with a VGA connection and see if that works - if not you, then your output is bad in the computer or it maybe a setup issue.
