using the usb cable it might detect the sd memory card and you can transfer to it thats hte easier way i think...the other using the nokia suite.......amr formats are smaller than mp3....
My understanding is all upgrades are available by using the Nokia 'Phone Software Update' available on their support site. If you simply want to upgrade, I recommend using that.

you should trasfer some data from your phone to memorycard even massages because when your phone memory is full than it can't take any file
