Lexmark Z515 I am trying to get the software to install my computer, but the information on Lexmark page is not very helpful. Can you assist me.

• On the page which opens, select the and download the driver according to the operating system of your computer (Windows Xp/ Vista..)

There are Lexmark Z515 printer drivers available for download in the Lexmark website. I recommend not to plug the printer to your computer yet. First, check if your Vista is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by clicking on the Windows logo Start menu > right click on Computer > Properties. For the software, go to this link: http://bit.ly/cBVnVG (for 32-bit) or to this link: http://bit.ly/cxWUMS (for 64-bit). Download and install the software. Follow the instructions. Hope this helps. Go to the Lexmark site, once you've chosen North America, United States and English, choose your Printer by Model, enter Z515, then choose operating system and download software...

Be sure to unplug the USB cable from the PC before installing the software. Only plug it in once the on-screen instructions tell you to do so.

i have the same problems like you both and i try to download the drivers from the site of lexmark buth they don't recognized the printer... lexmark sucks!!
