I've been running across a lot of plasma tvs where the power supplies are not bad, but the X & Y-sustain boards are faulty. My advice is to change those boards out as they are responcible for lighting the plasma gasses in the tv. You can attempt to replace one at a time (cost reasons), but it is recommended to changed both at once.

Hope this helps, please rate. :)

Pioneer PDP-R04U receiver blinking Help!?!

How many times this standby/power light blinks at one time switch ON?Count it carefully. These blinks are fault indication, and known as blinking codes. From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON; you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside the TV.This will make repair easy. Can't seem to get the av and hdmi inputs to work ?n my pioneer pdp 507xd plasma

Make sure the cable is plugged into input 5 if your tv is on input 5. Make sure that you don't need to be on the AV input. I suggest using a hdmi cable also to bring the resolution up to 1080p. Make sure the wire isn't shorted also.

Tv stuck on standby

Power supply probably needs to be replaced if you don't even hear the relay click after the power is switched on.
