I purchased game fom web site via paypal.Transaction was approved & paid for but was told by gameloft that download failed & to contact support@gameloft & quote an error code ( gameloft-error-ppl-03 ) i have transaction code from paypal so i know i paid for it can you please help me with this situation in whatever way you are able thank you for your time.

If you purchased a fault product and paid through paypal you can dispute the transaction and have your purchased refund.

You did not complete the purchase and your paypal charge did not go through. Just do the transaction all over again. To check your status with PayPal go on line and look at your account. The other thing that should have occurred when a Transaction is Complete via PayPal is your confirmation from PayPal that the Purchase was pending or complete.

Is this a PayPal issue? You should have an e-mail to say the amount paid and to who. If you haven't go to the PayPal website and look at your transaction log. If it's not there you haven't paid for anything. However you could have been conned into giving your details. If so change your password and inform your card provider that you wish to put a stop on the cards and get new ones.
However it's possible that PayPal link on the site you visited wasn't working properly. If in doubt contact the site you "purchased" the thing from to see if you have!

it happen to me also on my epassporte account a website charge me of $29.99 and it was suppose to continue to charge me monthly cause the purchase said it was a monthly membership to there site.what i did was contact epassporte tell them my concern told them that i did not make any transaction of any kind and demanded a rebate what they did was send me a form to my email where i can write what happen and fill up some information also. scan it and send it back to them and in 15 days i got my rebate and my so called purchased was cancelled.

so what im suggesting you to do is to do the same , contact them and tell them that you did not made that purchase and usually more often than not they will honor your request.

Usually the paypal allows the versalitity to transact either sending or receiving financial values. paypal as an online method of transaction is flexible. Second,, the retailer from which transaction was arrangmed usually once aggreed to restatablish transactions either as malfucntion products requiring returns or aggreement arragment least satisfactory as expected makes another processes achievable. For example, conacting the retailer of the product to verify whether returns for refunds is likely should become convenient to retransact with paypay. In this situation, the customer would be receiving finances back from an already establsihed agreement. Contact the retailer to ascertain the expectation arrangments to retunring products for refunds. Also required in the retransaction process to determining whether the retailer chooses to transact via paypal at refunds.

I have not been able to use pay pal since 1/2013 and no there is no outstanding $ due to the following email. I had 2 bank accounts wiped out via pay pal and will not "advertise" one there again. SO have also QUIT eBay since that is the only way to purchase there. as you can see via the email it is not due to outstanding $ but due to limit, would not even let me use ebucks to complete this last transaction which was then handled via eBay but was no $167.00.???
