Hello, I have a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W80 that I bought from a local Cash converters. The camera seems to work fine,..although I can't get any pictures onto my PC. As the camera came 'as is' without it's USB cable-(now aquired) and also the Cyber-shot instilation disc, Where can I aquired the relevant Cyber-shot instilation disc?? Thanks Geoff.

You do not have to have installation disc if you have Windows XP or higher. It recognize it automatically.

NEED DOWNLOAD FOR SONY CYBER-SHOT DSC-W80, I LOST

Would you like to open your pictures from your Sony Cybershot to your computer? Your cybershot cam is usually plug and play so you dont need a software for that. All you do is to plug in your camera to your computer's usb port using the usb cable. When the computer detected the new usb device, open a Windows Explorer. Right click your windows Start button, and choose Explore. From the list of Drives from the left, you need to find the Drive letter associated with your camera. Just click on that and it will show you the files on the right. The pictures are located somewhere inside those folders. You just need to click and drag them to your computer's local drive.

Should you have any questions, please let me know. Good luck!

Cyber-shot DSC-W80

The camera is probably is "Burst" mode where you hit the picture button and it contineously takes the picture. Hit menu and look to see if you have it set to burst mode if so take it off and it will work..I just found the answer on here :)
