If you have sufficient load and your simcard is working fine, meaning you be able to call and receive calls.

You have to verify the message centre number, please contact your provider. the message centre number is the responsible for you to send messages.

try to update or re-install software of ur phone.
but first back up ur phone by using sofware called,"My phone explorer.". because wen u will reinstall the software at that time ur phone memory will be formatted including ur phone book and sms.
