Those 2 software packages offered by Sony on their web site, (a) ArcSoft Magic-i Visual Effects, and (b) WebCam Companion Software, may just include the driver necessary to get their packages to work with Win7 - pick one an install it - if the camera works, you got the driver. If the camera still refuses to work, then all you have to do is de-install the package, install the other one and give that a try.
The Sony drivers support page (for the Vaio VGN-FZ4000): http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-list.pl?mdl=VGN-FZ4000®ion_id=1
There is no specific button to turn ON the camera in VAIO computers. Start the computer, search for the application ArcSoft Web Companion 3, the camera will start functioning. You can also use the camera with other video conferencing applications. Remember, the camera will only work with any one application at a time.
The Motion Eye Camera on the Computer will be enabled automatically when the Computer starts. You will need to open the "ArcSoft WebCam Companion" Software to use the Camera.
You can locate the ArcSoft WebCam Companion Software by click "Start", "All Programs", "ArcSoft Webcam Companion".
This should help you to use the Camera.
If the Camera is not working in the Webcam Compnion Software, you may need to re-install the Drivers and Applications to fix it. Please try using the Application to check if that works.
If not, please post back with the version of the Operating System installed in the Computer.

Sony Vaio PCG-K35 laptop doesn't have an integrated video camera., so if your coomputer has an integrated web camrera must be talking about a different Vaio laptop model.
The laptop with an integrated video camera will have basic software to use it .
For instance, my VAIO VGN-FW21M came with ArcSoft Web Companion 2, which I can acces from the Programs menu (START/PROGRAMS).
Of course, the camera will also work with other programs that use a video camera (Skype, etc).
Check your laptop manual (you must have a manual file in your computer) for further details or post your correct laptop model so that we can help you more.
