My files were deleted after i update windows internet explorer..cant retrieved the files..my monitor screen turns black everytime i log in..cant save any files also..what should i do to retrieve the files?do i have to reformat the hdd?

You will need to recover the data using something like asoftech data recovery program. Click the link below to download the software

I've had to use it many times in the past but in this case you need to plug that drive into another system as an external drive or slave drive and run the software from there. It will rebuild the drive and hopefully recover the files.

Please update "Flash", and "java" to the newest versions, as well as any windows updates. Its always a good idea to delete your temporary internet files when ever you run into a problem like this, sometimes you get lucky and its a nice quick fix.   1. If u have internet explorer this will work
  2. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.

  3. On the General tab, under "Browsing history", click Delete... .

  4. Check the item(s) you want to delete:

    • Temporary Internet files (copies of web pages, images, and media that are saved for faster viewing)
    • Cookies
    • History (the lists of web sites you have visited)
    • Form data (saved information you have typed into forms)
    • Passwords
    • InPrivate Filtering data (saved data used by InPrivate Filtering to detect where web sites may be automatically sharing details about your visit)
    To delete everything, uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check all the other options.

How to turn on/off browser cookie functionality

If you're receiving an error message that says, Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on:

No you cant do that

this is done by the manufacturer

Also the peripherals in your nokia
mobile cant work with android firmware

Clear your internet cache in Internet Explorer:
1.Open Internet Explorer
2.At the top of the screen, click on Tools.
3.In the Tools menu, click on Internet Options...
4.If you do not see the tools menu hold down the alt and t key on the keyboard.
5.In the Internet Options window, find the Temporary Internet Files section. Click on Delete.
Delete Browsing History window will appear. Click on the Delete Files... button.
A verification screen will then come up. Click Yes to delete.
6. When this is finished, you can click Close and then OK on the Internet Options window and then you can try doing your yahoo and monster.com

Everytime I try to bring up my google gmail I keep getting http 404 error, I have an account, just won't let me log in. I also get an error message saying there is a broken link. Help me please.

if you are running XP try this...

in file explorer go to:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

then open the hosts file with notepad

If there is anything under the "127.0.0.1 localhost"
delete it and then save the file. (don't delete 127.0.0.1 localhost)

then restart the computer and try again...

Have you tried deleting stored cookies and temp internet files

If you are using Internet Explorer

Open Internet Explorer and click on the "Tools" menu.

In the "Tools" menu, click on "Internet Options".

The Internet Options pop-up window appears.

Under the General Tab select the "Delete Cookies" button.

Delete cookies by clicking "OK".
Select the "Delete Files" button to clear the Internet cache. Make sure to check the box to "Delete all offline content".

Delete temporary Internet file history data by selecting "Clear History".

Restart your computer and try to log in again, this should fix your problem
