Hi Suzanne.
not sure if this will help you out,i found this on the internet. Cause 1: Clogged condensate drain line. A clogged condensate drain line is the most common cause of water leaking from your AC into your home. If the drain line gets clogged with dust, dirt, sludge or mold, that water backs up into your home. In that case, you'll need to unclog it.11 Aug 2014
Most likely the water lines inside your unit are leaking. If you can take the bottom of B60 off and look inside the unit. Usually, the line that comes off the water pump is leaking at the T connector. If not leaking there look for other signs of leaking while the bottom is off. You can call Keurig 800 number to see if your unit is still under warrenty. Hope this helps.
Hello, first make sure the unit is tilted back in the window about a 1/4 inch. Also, check the drain on unit, sometimes they can clog and prevent condensate from draining.
It is supposed to "leak" water into it's reservoir and it needs to be dumped when it gets full. That water is the humidity that the a/c is pulling form the air inside your home. As long as it's going into the reservoir and not leaking onto your floor then it is working properly.
Reason for water leaking. 1. Filter block. 2. Cooling coil block. 3. Alignment of indoor a/c unit is sloping downwards. 4. Drain pan block. It's advisable to service your unit first.
Water should come out of the back of a wind unit when it is humid out, usually a drain hole. If water is leaking inside from a window unit, check that the outside drail hole is not clogged or maybe it is not tilted downward enough outside (Usually a very slight tilt down toward the outside to help the water drasin out the back outside). Also, if you have excess water forming, you may need to clean the coil. For central air units water should be drippng outside the home via a pipe or tubing and if the drain tube or pipe is clogged with scum that forms inside the pipe water will back up and overflow in the house near the heater/air conditioning unit. Also, some units have a pump to pump the water out and it may not be working.
