Sounds like a ribbon cable to the top screen maybe damaged. Upon startup, the ds does a systems check, any kind of failure e.g. a ribbon cable or a faulty screen would cause the console to shut down again. Presuming everything else works charging etc this is most likely to be the problem.
Sounds like the battery is completely drained. Remove and replace battery, and charge for a couple of hours with your AC charger. If it still does not fully charge, you may have a bad battery. Good Luck...
Try a reset: Take your SIM card out. Make sure your phone battery is fully charged. Press* 3 sendat the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears. Give it time to reset.

hav your phone serviced. that has an issue internal. they might have to replace some chips for that. youve checked the battery and still does the same thing.
