My pc takes forver to come up. It is loading too many progams and i don't know how to stop them from loading at start up.
If u dont want all the programs to load up when the notebook is booting to the desktop then u can follow these steps which will reduce the time taken by the notebook to boot up-->click on the "Start" option-->u will get a search box just above the start option-->type "msconfig" in the search box & an option of msconfig will appear-->click on that option-->a window of "system configuration" will come up-->click on the tab which reflects "startup"-->now under this tab u will get the list of programs which load up while ur notebook is booting-->so barring a few programs which u need to load while the notebook is loading, u can uncheck the other programs-->unchecking these programs will reduce the boot up time of notebook-->but this doesn't mean that u wont be able to use the disabled programs-->u can double click on the desktop shortcut of the program to start the program, the only thing is that the program will take more than the usual time to load up as it didnt load up at the time of booting-->then click on apply & OK, the booting speed of ur notebook will increase...
Note: Do not do any changes in the "services" option as it might damage ur notebook,,,
