On start up it loads up and after the acer screen, it says dtwzr compressed, press ctl alt del to restart after doing this it dosent get any further in the start up?

The Windows operating system allows you to compress the files on your drive to conserve disk space. try this.. reboot your computer, or hold down the power button to shut it off then turn it back on, at the acer splash screen hit f2 to enter into setup. hit f9, load setup defaults and exit. it will reboot your computer and should let you in.

First try to start in safe mode:

Restart the computer and repeatedly tap the F8 key (you need to press F8 before windows starts to load)

A menu should appear. Select Safe Mode and press Enter

Let me know if it able to start in safe mode

try pressing ctl alt delete and it should help if it dosent take the batterie out and put it back in after 30 seconds
