I have just recently purchased a Samsung SHB J700, and have just installed the PC programe. I have checked that the software it up to dtae. But when trying to sync the phone to the PC, the USB connection is not detected, despite installing the USB device onto computers.

install samsung pc studio
after that connect your phone through pc in samsung pc studio mode
after phone gets connected open pc studio-toolbox-internet connector
click on internet connector
your pc will be automatically get connected to internet.

nothin can be done in these kinda a mobile tracker stuffs... get ur cell to any service stations and re-install ur software and ask them to install mobile tracker ver 2 which samsung have recently launched... and b careful wit mobile tracker

1. Insert the Phone Software CD in the CD Drive.

2. The setup will launch automatically.

3. Select the appropriate software (PC Suite / Phone Software) to install.

4. Folow the instructions that appear and complete the installation.

5. Restart the system.

6. Start the PC Suite / Samsung Phone Solution software.

7. Click on 'Connect to phone', and follow the instructions.

8. Connect the cable between the phone and PC when asked.

9. The PC will detect the phone automatically.

10. Now, you can download the pictures from phone to PC easily by selecting the appropriate option!

may be in ur mobile no scope for install any additional software or if support that then when u download any software from net then plz check that was those for samsung J700 supported. thanks
