Rising cycle not stopping

Hi,

After many times filling up the tank the rising cycle seems that is in a loop... I had a problem with the ventilate situation wouldn't come back to normal even resetting for the factory default settings, than playing arround with the menu I've started the rising cycle, and now I'm stuck.

I've seen some comments about this problems and some people advise that could be the water flow meter if this s the case is this something I can open the machine and clean it ?

thanks in advance

Hi,

Did the machine stop after a while?
If it stops after a half cup of water then you have to replace the flowmeter.

When the rinsing cycle run you have to let it go to the water tank is empty and the machine **** air in the system, then you fill up with new water. If it not reset then i think there are something with the printed circuit card.

Let me know if you get your machine to run again.

I'm having problems adding gas to my hyundai elantra, it will allow me to put about $2.00 and then the pump will stop?

Your Elantra like most cars and trucks has a safety ventilated fill tank...first try pulling the gas nozzle out of your tank about one inch or two while filling at the pump...this should keep the hose from auto shut/off but be careful as you are eliminating a safety shut off...you may need to do this several times at different stops for gas until you surprisingly notice that you don't need to do this any longer...the system will eventually bleed the air out, and return to normal fill operation. Hope this helps.

Washing machine sticking in middle of rinse and spin part of cycle

If your machine is stopping at the rise cycle, then you have a faulty cold water inlet valve/solenoid.

To verify this, turn off your hot water tap and only leave the cold water on. Put your machine on a cold water cycle. If the machine does not fill up, it means the valve/solenoide needs to be replaced.

Also note if you had water left in the tank prior to rise cycle commencing, then the drain pump is blocked.

Hello It could be a bad/defective EXPANSION tank if it(valve) leaks when the burner is running and the pressure rises at the same time .Otherwise swap the valve as they can wear out.

Keep getting ventilate message - won't ventilate and cannot operate steam or grinder w/ ventilate message

Try this run the hot water cycle for a few seconds, it that works, try steaming if you get the message again clear it by running the hot water cycle and then go to steaming, this time push in on the knob after you open it, it that works, then the tap rod or the valve assembly needs to be replaced.

My machine was stuck on rinse cycle now on ventilate...

Try first to continue filling up the water resovoir (UP TO FOUR times) to see if the machine completes the rinse cycle on its own. If that doesn't work contact Gaggia Customer Service in the US at 888-389-4123. Sally there was VERY helpful and should be able to resolve your problem.
