Question about Sony FD Trinitron WEGA KV-32FS120 32" TV

I have a sony TV model KV-28ls36u, the problem was, when power is turned-ON, the LED blinks 11 times, what would be the best solution for this and where can I get a service Manual. Please help. Thanks

Usually after 4 or 5 yrs EHT ( transformer that supplies voltage to tube ) becomes weak - then TV won't get ON.. means no picture no sound but LED blinks - in some TVs along with EHT 1 or 2 components like resistor, transistors, etc will also gets deffective - so solution is TV circuit board has to be checked to find whether only EHT is deffective or other components are also deffective - price of EHT will be between Rs.250 to Rs.600 - iam service engineer (computers, laptops, printers,etc) - bangalore - domlur - 09986222774 - [email protected] - if you are in bangalore then you can call me for service

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Sony Triniton TV KV 32FS120 will not turn on

In standby mode (red led on/after the led stops from blinking), press "Display", "5", Volume (-)", "Power on" on the remote control in sequence, self diagnostic screen will be display, let me know the what is on the screen to diagnose where the fault came from.

I have sony 29'' crt tv . model no KV-DZM61 .when the tv statrs on it shows green led,and after few second the led glows red and it blinked for 2 times .then the tv goes in stand by mode

2 blinks means - over current protection (OCP) , unit goes to the standby
mode then displays the 2 blink fault. Could be a short in the power supply of
any of the circuits.

Sony tv has self protection program. The red Led blinking light indicate the probable cause location. For this model it is either 2,4 or 5 flashes every 3 second. Please check the blinking again

Standby/Timer LED blinking

These unit are famous for the PCB Print to be cracked around the HV Circuit and or the Horizontal Drive Transformer pins needing to be resoldered. It can turn into a very Major repair if the HV Components short. In that case the Power Supply will also short out.

TV won't turn on, standby LED starts blinking

HI, this is the result of an unstable power sector in this unit. the fly back is malfunctioning and, you will need to replace it asap. i will list the part number below and a link to a site as well. you can purchase this part on-line if you wish.

6 blinks meens no horizontal and no raster check capasitor c515/c516/ jungle IC and IC206.

Sony wega model: kv-32FS120 doesn't turn on

Check your power supply board and resolder the pcb, check the switching diodes and zeners.

Sony error codes usually only go up to 7. If the LED blinks 11 times, this usually indicates that either the clock or data line is shorted and this needs to be serviced by someone with experience with Sony sets.
