Go to "Tools"

then go to "Letters and Mailings"

select "Document Type" then click on "Envelopes"

on the bottom of the page click on "Next: Starting Document"

under select a recipient click on "New Type List", then hit "Create" , you will now be able to type in the address of the recipients you intend to print.

once you are ready to print, your printer should have an envelope icon on one of the tray so just place it there and you are good for printing.

hope this helps.

Can you run 9 x 12 envelopes on Konica Minolta Bizhub 880 from LCT tray

You can try it, but the manual says 10 at a time via the Bypass tray. The problem is the fact that normal paper from the trays takes a rather tortuous route through the machine that contains sharp turns. By far the easiest way to print a lot of envelopes is to use Avery 8163 Labels. Use the Avery template and create the pages of addresses and print 50 at a time from the normal paper tray.

Im trying to print avery labels but my printer does not have a setting for it

Normally support for printing Avery Labels is found within the application you are using to create the labels to be printed, i.e. in Microsoft Office Word or similar publishing programs. . . .Avery provide a Wizard extension to use in Microsoft Word to help you to produce and print on their labels. . . .See http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Templates-&-Software/Software/Avery-Wizard-for-Microsoft-Office.htm for further details and to download the Wizard. . . .Note: You need to allow Macros to execute within Microsoft Word in order to use the Avery Wizard.

Hi. We are trying to use an avery label 22807 and also 22806 for a label factory logo we created. We need measurements/diameters so that we can print on these labels. They keep printing wrong. ...

If you are using Microsoft work to print the label, then follow the link below to Avery's website. The link is to their find a template, type in the label number in the Product # or Keyword search box and it will take you to a down load for that label. Click on the download, you will be asked for some information before the download begins. Follow the instructions on the next page (save the file and remember were you saved it). When you open the saved file it will be in Word and you can go from there.

How do I set up my HP 3050 to print Avery labels 5160?

You need to download the templates they have online and edit them in Microsoft Word. Here is a link to the template:

Click the blue download template button and follow the instructions.

Which labels for 6310 HP pinter?windows viista progar? 8160labels do not fit 6310 priinter

Vista wouldn't be your problem as your Operating System is unimportant in choosing labels but the program you use to print your labels is very important.

If you Use Microsoft Word, for example, you will need to choose the template for your labels. That number is on the box of labels.

In Word (for Instance) you can do the following:
<File>, <New>, <Templates> (templates are on Left side).
Choose your Type of Label and the Label number from there.

Otherwise, some label companies offer free programs, specifically for printing their labels.

AVERY labels has a free program for printing their label numbers and the Program: AVERY Wizard For microsoft Word is free.

I hope this helps as you do not say which program you use to print Labels and you also do not say which label numbers and/or label type you wish to print.

Thank You For Choosing FixYa~!

Hi I am trying to print labels. Avery #05161 and business cards Avery8371TM or 5371TM. I am using Microsoft Office and there do not seem to be any relevant numbers. I have gone under labels. Help Thanks

You can use a different template for either the labels or the business cards, just make sure the labels you choose are the same size as the avery 05161 & the business cards are the same paper eg: glossy etc. The other thing you can do is go to avery.com & download the correct templates.

I hope this helps you

I have a Kodak ESP 5200 series printer. When I try to print Avery 8160 address labels the sheet comes out not printed.

Hi

You can try and download the label again from below link--

Avery 8160 label download

Click the "Download Template" button. Enter your info and click "Submit". Follow the prompts to download the file. After you download your Avery template, be sure to remember where you saved the file on your computer and the file name. Open Microsoft® Word or an Adobe® program for your template and select File > Open to navigate to the drive and folder to open your template. Use the program's formatting and printing features to edit and save your template. For Microsoft® Word users - If the template looks like a blank page, select Table > Show Gridlines to view the template layout.
Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

How do you type and print Avery labels 74520? I have lost the instructions which came with the labels.

This can be done with settings through your word processing program. Assuming you are using Word:

Microsoft Word 2007
The newest version of Microsoft® Word now includes hundreds of Avery Templates for labels, business cards, dividers and more.

Find Avery Templates by selecting the Mailing tab at the top of the Microsoft® Office Word screen. Just choose Create > Labels > Options > Avery US Letter, then choose your template by selecting the correct Avery Product Code.

Access Pre-Designed Avery Templates that are available from Office Online by selecting the round Office button at the top left of the screen, selecting New and then choosing the Avery product type. Pre-designed templates for Avery business cards, greeting cards, dividers, labels, note cards and postcards are available.

Avery Wizard for Microsoft Office is a free download which inlcudes step-by-step instructions to format Avery labels. Trust this is helpful. :)

I am trying to print labels and they keep coming out off center

You most likely need to download the proper template from the manufacturer of the labels your using. Look on the package of labels for the web page for them if you don't have the package the company name and template required is usually printed somewhere in the border of the label page. For example Avery avery.com. If the template is not listed you can search the library of templates for one that looks like your labels. Download the template. This should solve your issue of improper centering of the label. Your likely currently trying to use one of the templates supplied by Microsoft, but they rarely work with most labels.

Making address labels and envelopes

Vista is the operating system. I am not using Vista, but I can pretty much promise you there's nothing built in to create labels and envelopes.

Go to www.avery.com and take a look at their free software to create address labels using their products. I'm not sure if you can print directly on envelopes with their software, but if you have Microsoft Word on your computer it will do that for you.

Good luck.
