Go to Start>Control Panel>Printers and faxes
double click on your printer
You will get a little window that says at the top use printer offline
Choose print at the top menu and then in the pull down menu choose cancel all documents.
That should work. If it does not, then try resetting your printer by unplugging it at the back and leaving it off for a while, then reattach cords and see what you have then.
