For most major brands yes. Try www.searspartsdirect.com, lowes parts direct (store has the number...call your local store and ask for appliances) or contact the manufacturer
It may a door switch. There are 3 of them. They control all of the workings to prevent the Microwave from working when the door is open. You will need some one who knows electrical to check them.

I had the same problem. The front plate is tabbed into place and removes with a flat tip screwdriver and prying in various spots to pop out the tabs. Once the front stainless plate comes off, you need to get behind the black buttons. There is a circuit board behind the buttons, which they make contact with. The problem with mine was the circuit board pushed beyond two metal tabs that keep it in place, so that the buttons were unable to make contact. I used a curved tool to pull the circuit board back forward in front of the tabs and into place. I put the front plate back on and it works like a champ.
I know this is probably DUMB of me to say, But some with this type of turntable arrangement, The ring would only set one way. The ring did not turn, but rather the wheels faced up and rolled with, and supported the turntable.
